Anytime I get to break out my Ninja blender is a good day. I had some berries in the freezer and left over coconut milk from another recipe so I decided to combined them with a little pineapple juice and it was extremely refreshing so I decided to share with you all. Three ingredients… that’s all. It doesn’t get any easier than this. Drink it as a breakfast smoothie or for dessert. Add a little protein powder and you’ll have yourself a power smoothie…Hope you enjoy.
Very Berry Smoothie
- 1 1/2 Cups frozen berries
- 1/4 Cup Coconut milk
- 1/4 Cup Pineapple juice
- Place all ingredients into a blender and mix until combined
